This website is operated by Inter Parfums General Trading (Private) Limited, a company registered in Sri Lanka under the company number PV 00204104. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Fragveture.com. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before ordering any Products from the Site. You should understand that by ordering any of the Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please also note that the use of the Site is subject to the terms contained in the Disclaimer document, which apply whether or not you order any Products from the Site.

PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
We try our best to provide you 100% accurate information, but sometimes the information about a product may be incorrect. After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail (the “Order Confirmation”) from us acknowledging that we have received your order and giving an order number and a summary of your purchase. The contract between us will only be formed when you receive the Dispatch Confirmation by us. The products on our Site are for you only do not resell them. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and we will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances. We may be unable to process your order if The product you ordered is out of stock or discontinued OR if there is a problem with authorization of your payment.

DELIVERY
We will deliver the Products to you in accordance with the delivery option specified by you when you placed your order. Once delivered, the Products ordered will become your responsibility and, except in relation to Products that are damaged or faulty when delivered or have been incorrectly delivered, we will not accept any liability for their loss, damage or destruction after they have been delivered.

PERMITTED USERS
You can browse the Site if you are 13 years old and if you are 18 years old you can buy products from us.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
We own our Site and the information on it.

SITE PROMOTIONS
We want you to take advantage of discounts and promotions, but always remember to read the fine print because some promotions are only available for a limited time and may have other requirements for eligibility.

YOUR ACCOUNT
You are responsible for your account and you must make sure to keep your password confidential.

SUBSCRIPTIONS AND ORDERS
Thanks for your purchase! You must pay for your product or subscription when you order it. We currently ship within Sri Lanka and are unable to offer our service to any other country.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
(a) Product Returns. Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds or returns on any items we sell.

(b) Subscription Returns. There are no returns for products shipped according to a Subscription. If your Subscription is for a three, six, or twelve-month period, you can change your preferences for the next shipment provided that your changes are made no later than the first of the month.

(b) Subscription Cancellation. If you cancel via the Site within 12 hours of your most recent charge, you will be given the option to receive a refund. If you cancel after 12 hours of your most recent charge, you will not be eligible for a refund of any kind for the portion of the Subscription fee paid; however, you will be entitled to receive shipments until the end of your then-current Subscription term which has been paid in full. There are no refunds for gift subscriptions. Prepaid Subscriptions are eligible for a full refund if the refund request is received by Fragventure within 30 days of your first automatic renewal payment.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE AND PACKAGING
This is the real deal. No knock-offs, no imitations. We take this very seriously.

Sometimes we link to third-party sites. Most of it is great stuff, but we are not responsible if it’s not.

SOCIAL MEDIA
Social media sites have rules too, make sure to read and follow them. We are happy for you to post on our social media, but make sure it’s really Fra before you do. If you need to get in touch with us, you may submit any questions or comments through our contact mediums.

NOTICE AND PROCEDURE FOR MAKING CLAIMS OF COPYRIGHT OR OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS.
We respect intellectual property rights, if you think your copyright is being infringed, let us know via our contact mediums.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
This Site is available “AS IS.” We do not promise that your use of the Site will be uninterrupted or error free.

INDEMNIFICATION
You are responsible for any harm that you cause us.

Both of us can end these terms.
